This is a 41' Fifth Wheel with 4 slides, 1.5 bathrooms, outside kitchen, 4 TVs, huge M.Bedroom closet. It has a separate bunk room (with own .5 bathroom) and door for privacy with own TV and huge amounts of storage. There is a ceiling Fan in living room and electric fireplace.
The RV has an outside kitchen with a small Dorm size fridge, 2 gas burners for cooking and a sink, as well as a microwave and small tv. The inside of the RV has 3 TVs, one in the M. Bedroom, one in the Living room and one in the kids room. The Kids room TV, the M. Bedroom TV and the Living room TV can both play local channels (as long as reception is good), and DVD's. There is a half bath in the kids room that has its own door outside. The main bathroom has a stand up shower.
Don't worry about cookware. I have all the cook ware you will need in the RV. As far as utensils and plates go, I have those as well. The kitchen inside the RV has another microwave, standard coffee maker (may want to bring your own coffee, creamer, sugar, etc), an oven, 4 burner stove, and a bigger fridge then the outside with a separate freezer.
Sleeping arrangements: The M. Bedroom has a Queen size bed, the kids room as 3 bunk beds, one of which is a standard twin, the other two are slightly smaller. There are two couches (one in the living room and one in the kids room) that turn into 2 queen beds. They flip over and open up and there is an air mattress attached to the frame with an electric pump as well attached to the mattress. Then there is also the kitchen table, that you could squeeze one adult onto or 2 small children.
Paper towels and toilet paper will also be provided. There are 6 clean and new towels in the RV that you are welcome to use. There are 3 queen sheet sets, as well as 3 twin sheet sets. There are some spare pillows, but I recommend you bring your own. As far as comforters go, I have 3 queen heavy blankets, big enough to use as a comforter. But I do not have any comforters for the twins.
I have 5-7 camping chairs and 2 small 3x3 tables that you are welcome to use.
